Skewer of Krintiz is a normal unique Sabre found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Skewer of Krintiz is the earliest Ignore Target's Defense in the game, at required level 10. Setting the defense of the target to zero drops attack rating out of the hit calculation and leaves only character level against monster level, which reaches the game maximum of 95% chance to hit as long as the character is no more than about a tenth below the monster in level. It only applies to regular monsters, though, so champions, uniques and act bosses keep their defense. +10 to Strength and +10 to Dexterity are twenty stat points on top of that, which is four levels worth.
